Hello im Jesse. I am 28 but feel 17.. and live in Riverside,Ca. I got into gold hunting from using my metal detector in parks. I enjoy being outdoors and just the thrill of prospecting makes it that much more fun.
Im not afraid to hike, work or get dirty!

Hey Jesse, glad to hear from you. Yes, I've been busy too, MINING! I finally went out to Coolgardie the day after the last meeting. Met a guy named Harv and he hooked me up on a spot. I spent 3 hrs. digging and got 4 finger pickers and a good amout of micro-nuggets and some flour. I've been back 3 more times since the first and have a total of 17 finger pickers and a real nice amount of micro nuggets and of course flour. I'm pretty happy with the results. Probably getting twice what I get on a good day on the Summit. The wosrt part is it's 2hrs. and 15mins. to get there and $50 in gas, but it's SWEET!
I bought a new recirculator sluice yesterday. It's a 45" Jobe Yellow Jacket sluice, Jobe header box, stand, and a 2200gph. bilge pump. I've been putting it together tonight. I hope to get it ready to test run up on Summit tomorrow. Mando want's to try Coolgardie again Thurday, maybe I have it ready to go by then. I still have my Gold Buddie, but it doesn't work if the dirt is damp. That's why I got the recirculator, can't stop mining just because of the weather!
